To serve four
Ingredients:
Small size sabudana 1 cup
Ghee/oil 1 1/2 tbsp
Boiled potato 1 cut into small pieces
Ginger cut in small pieces 1 tsp
Green chilies cut in small pieces 1 tsp
Crushed peanuts 2 tbsp ( roasted and deskinned)
Moti Rai 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves 2 twigs
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Coriander leaves 2tbsp
Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Method :
Soak sabudana for atleast 2 hours.Strain and keep aside
Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan
Add rai, green chilies, ginger, curry leaves, cut potato, sabudana,salt and red chilli powder.Mix and stir.
To this add peanuts. Cook for 2 min. Add a little ghee on top before removing from the flame.
Before serving add lemon juice and coriander leaves
Note- advisable to make just before serving
