Ingredients:
Parval….12
Ginger…1/2 tsp
Green chillies…2
Coriander leaves…a few sticks
Lemon 1
How to make:
• Slit the Parvals lengthwise with the skin.
• Boil them for about 10 minutes until slightly soft.
• Scoop them out with a spoon.
• Crush the scooped out vegetable nicely with hand.
• Cut ginger & green chili & dhania patti and mix in it.
To this add salt & lemon juice to taste.
