Ingredients:
1 cup wheat flour
2 tsp besan
3 spoon curd
4 tablespoons fresh methi leaves
1 tsp cut ginger
1 tsp cut green chilli
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp white sesame seeds

Method:
pluck the methi leaves , cut them in small pieces and soak them in water with little haldi and salt. After 10 mins, squeeze the water and spread the leaves on a plate
To the wheat flour add besan ( for crispness) to this add methi leaves,finely cut ginger and green chilli, red chilli powder sugar and salt . Add 2 to 3 spoons of dahi to make a dough adding required water,cover and keep for 15 mins.
Divide the dough into small round portions, roll it and cook on tawa using oil.
serve with freshly made chilli pickle and grated sweet mango pickle.
