Rava Dosa from the kitchen of Sangita Biyani

to serve 4

Ingredients :

1 cup Ravva / Sooji ( golden harvest )
1 cup rice flour
1 tbsp maida
2 green chillies finely cut
1 onions finely cut
finely cut coriander – 2 thsp
1tsp cumin seeds
salt to taste

Method:

Mix rava, rice flour, and maida together. add water to make a very thin batter.

To this add finely cut coriander, cumin seed and salt to taste .

Heat the tava, pour the rava dosa mix, add cut onions on top, add ghee or oil, fry on both sides. Serve with coconut chutney
